How do I register my device?

Customers can register their device on ProTech’s device registration portal at www.protechdevices.com. They will be prompted to provide basic information about themselves and their device. In some cases, the portal is also accessible directly from the site of the Distribution Partner through a QR code provided on a sticker on the original device box.How do I register my device?

How do I file a repair request?

Customers can access the ProTech’s repair request portal at www.protechdevices.com. In some cases, the portal is also accessible directly from the site of the Distribution Partner through a QR code provided on a sticker on the original device box. Should you be unable to complete the online form, you may proceed to an Authorized ProTech Service Center (list of authorized facilities is on www.protechdevices.com) for assistance.

Can I bring my device directly to a Service Center?

To ensure all repair requests are valid, customer should not bring devices directly to repair centers. In the event that a customer is unable to complete the online form on www.protechdevices.com, they may ask for assistance in filling up the Service Request form at an Authorized ProTech Service Center. All requests must be submitted through the www.protechdevices.com repair request portal for evaluation and approval before any repair is carried out. Portal registration by the customer is required as customers must agree to the terms and conditions of the repair, including service fees and data privacy, before a repair is carried out.

How can I find my IMEI number?

For iOS customer, they can check their phone by selecting the Settings icon, then selecting “General” and “About”. The IMEI number is listed. For other devices, the process is similar.

How can I find my IMEI number if my screen is damaged?

Most screen cracks still allow for partial use of the screen touch function and most users will be able to follow the process above on finding their IMEI number. On rare occassions where the screen is fully non-functional, the customer can either (a) refer to the IMEI sticker on box their device came in, or (b) bring their device to a ProTech authorized service center where a technician will be able to use the OEM diagnostic system to extract their IMEI. Once the IMEI is provided, the customer must still file their request for repair on the www.protechdevices.com portal and wait for an email approval to proceed with the repair.

What happens if my service request is not approved?

In the event a Service Request is rejected, and if the customer feels they have a legitimate repair request, they may email customer_service@protechdevices.com. An agent will reply to them within one business day to understand the details of the case. Local language in each market is supported.
